摘要
以甜茶多糖的得率作为评价指标,硫酸-苯酚法测定多糖含量,采用正交设计法,对料液比、提取温度及提取时间3个因素进行考察,优化多糖提取工艺参数。优化后的提取工艺为:提取时间为20 min,提取温度为80℃,提取料液比为1∶70,在此条件下甜茶茶多糖的得率达17.87%,工艺稳定,是较为理想的甜茶多糖提取工艺。
Based on the orthogonal method,the yield of polysaccharides extracted from sweet tea was taken as an evaluation index and the content of polysaccharides was evaluated by a sulfuric acid-phenol method.To optimize the extraction parameters,the solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature,and extraction time were investigated.The improved technology can extract polysaccharides at 80℃within 20 min and the ratio of solid to liquid is 1∶70.Under this condition,the yield of polysaccharides can amount to 13.87%,a rather satisfying result indeed.
