摘要
研究紫草素的提取工艺条件。采用索氏提取法提取紫草素,碱提酸沉法转化紫草素。以紫草素的含量为评价指标,考察不同溶剂提取对紫草素含量的影响,筛选出最佳提取溶剂为石油醚;根据单因素和正交实验方法获得紫草素的最佳提取条件:提取时间为3 h,提取温度为45℃,溶剂加入量为25倍量。
The extraction technology of shikonin was studied. Shikonin was extracted by Soxhlet extraction and transformed by alkali extraction and acid precipitation. Taking the content of shikonin as the evaluation index, the influence of different solvent extraction on the content of shikonin was investigated, and the best extraction solvent was petroleum ether. The optimal extraction conditions of shikonin were obtained by single factor and orthogonal experiments: extraction time was 3 h, extraction temperature was 45, and the amount of solvent was 25 times.
