金花茶果核油沐浴露的研制及其抗菌试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:目前行业内金花茶果核利用率很低,本工作由金花茶果核中高效提取、精制果核油,并以其为主要原料研制出一款具有保湿,杀菌,除螨功效的沐浴露。方法:对金花茶果核油沐浴露的制备工艺进行了研究,经正交试验对沐浴露处方进行优化,最后通过金花茶果核油沐浴露对大肠埃希菌、白色念珠菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果进行验证。结果:考察的最优配方比例为月桂基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠11 g、十二烷基硫酸钠3g、椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱6 g、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺4 g、金花茶果核油12 g、珠光浆3.5 g等。研究数据显示,本工作所开发的金花茶果核油沐浴露对大肠埃希菌、白色念珠菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有良好的抑菌效果。结论:以利用率较低的金花茶果核油为原料研制沐浴露切实可行,所研制金花茶果核沐浴露抑菌功效较强,具有保湿、易冲洗、温和无刺激等优点,有望实现金花茶果核综合利用,提高原料附加值。 Objective:At present,the utilization rate of Camellia nitidissima Chi pits in the industry is very low.This work is to efficiently extract the kernel oil from the Camellia nitidissima Chi pits,and use it as the main raw material to develop a shower gel with moisturizing,sterilizing and mites removal effects.Method:The preparation process of the Camellia nitidissima Chi kernel oil shower gel was studied,and the formula of the shower gel was optimized by orthogonal test.Finally,the Camellia nitidissima Chi kernel oil shower gel was used to treat Escherichia coli,Candida albicans and Staphylococcus aureus.The antibacterial effects of the prepared shower gel was verified.Results:After investigation,the optimal formula ratio was found as below:11 g sodium laureth sulfate,3 g sodium lauryl sulfate,6 g cocamidopropyl betaine,4 g coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide,and camellia core oil 12 g,3.5 g pearl paste,etc.Further studies showed that the Camellia nitidissima Chi kernel oil shower gel developed in this work has a good antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli,Candida albicans and Staphylococcus aureus.Conclusion:It is feasible to develop a shower gel with a relatively low utilization rate of Camellia nitidissima Chi kernel oil as a raw material.The developed shower gel with Camellia nitidissima Chi kernel oil has a strong antibacterial effect and has the advantages of moisturizing,easy washing,mild and non-irritating,etc.It is expected to achieve the comprehensive utilization of Camellia nitidissima Chi kernel and increases the added value of such raw materials.
