胶囊型免洗干粉洗发剂的制备及除污效果评价 被引量:1

摘要 制备了一种胶囊分装的免洗干粉洗发剂,采用单因素和正交实验,考察了西曲氯铵浓度,玉米淀粉浓度,仙人掌提取物浓度,维生素C浓度和二硫化硒浓度四个因素对洗发剂除污率的影响。实验结果表明当西曲氯铵浓度为0.6 g,玉米淀粉浓度为11 g,仙人掌提取物浓度为0.2 g,维生素C浓度为0.1 g和二硫化硒浓度为0.25 g时,洗发剂除污率最高,可达95%。各因素影响大小顺序为:玉米淀粉浓度>西曲氯铵浓度>仙人掌提取物浓度。通过显微镜观察,发现加入免洗干粉洗发剂后,发丝上的油污大大减少了,并且将原本附着在头发上的油污分散开。与同类产品进行对比分析,该产品原料环保,去油污效果好且方便携带,具有良好的应用前景。 A kind of capsule free dry powder shampoo was prepared. By single factor and orthogonal experiment, the effects of hexadecyltrimethylammonium chloride concentration, corn starch concentration, cactus extract concentration, vitamin C concentration and selenium disulfide concentration on the decontamination rate were investigated. The results showed that when the concentration of hexadecyltrimethylammonium chloride was 0.6 g, the concentration of corn starch was 11 g,the concentration of cactus extract was 0.2 g, the concentration of vitamin C was 0.1 g and the concentration of selenium disulfide was 0.25 g, the highest decontamination rate was 95 %. The influencing order of each factor was: corn starch concentration>hexadecyltrimethylammonium chloride concentration>cactus extract concentration. Through the observation of microscope, it is found that after adding the washing-free shampoo, the oil stain on the hair is greatly reduced, and the oil stain originally attached to the hair is dispersed. Compared with the same kind of products, the raw materials of this product are environmentally friendly and it also has good degreasing effect and convenient carrying showing a good application prospect.
