造纸法再造烟叶加工技术分析

Analysis on Processing Technology of Paper-making Reconstituted Tobacco

对于再造烟叶来讲,常常被人们称作烟草薄片,其包含着较多的原料,例如有烟梗、烟叶等。在烟叶中,通过加入适量的再造烟叶,能够带来很多的好处,具体而言,可以减少卷烟所需的成本、增强填充能力,减少焦油含量,更好地体现卷烟特征以及风格,更为关键的是,有助于提高吸食安全性等。与辊压法等进行对比,造纸法有着更为突出的优势,如成丝率高、密度相对小等,基于此,本文对造纸法再造烟叶加工技术进行了分析,以期能为相关人员提供借鉴。

For reconstituted tobacco, it is often called tobacco flakes, which contains more raw materials, such as tobacco stem, tobacco and so on. In tobacco, adding appropriate amount of reconstituted tobacco can bring a lot of benefits. Specifically, it can reduce the cost of cigarettes, enhance filling capacity, and reduce the tar content. It can better reflect the characteristics and style of cigarettes. More importantly, it helps to improve the safety of smoking, etc. Compared with Rolling method, paper-making method has more prominent advantages, such as high silk rate and relatively small density. Based on this, this paper analyzes the processing technology of paper-making method for reconstituted tobacco, in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
