污水处理厂污水深度处理工艺运行比对

摘要 随城市污水管网的完善及污水排放标准的提高,尤其是氮、磷的标准,生活污水处理厂污水深度处理势在必行。MBR技术和生物滤池深度处理工艺是常用的污水深度处理工艺。为对比2种工艺在实际运行中的优劣,选取东莞市2座具有代表性的污水处理厂进行研究,对比分析了处理效果、运行成本以及设备维护难度等影响工艺技术实际应用的关键因素,为类似的工程提供数据参考。 With the improvement of urban sewage pipe network and the improvement of sewage discharge standard, the advanced treatment of domestic sewage treatment plant is imperative. MBR technology and nitrification filter advanced treatment process are commonly used for advanced treatment of wastewater. In order to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two processes in actual operation, two representative wastewater treatment plants in Dongguan City were selected for research. The key factors affecting the practical application of process technology, such as treatment effect, operation cost and equipment maintenance difficulty, were compared and analyzed, Provide case reference for similar projects.
