浅析“十三五”期间杨浦区重点河道污染特征情况

摘要 水资源已成为我国社会经济发展的短缺资源,河道治理刻不容缓。本文从水质综合污染指数、特征污染物浓度两个方面,对"十三五"期间上海市杨浦区三条重点河道进行了综合分析,探讨了三条河道的水质及特征污染物浓度值年均变化趋势,以及A河道5项污染物浓度月均变化趋势。分析结果表明河道疏浚,泵站改造,加强河岸排口监管等措施对水质的改善是富有成效的,但是其持续性仍需关注,建议根据河道区域性特征及季节变化制定针对性的措施。 Water resource is becoming the shortage resource for our country’s development. It is important to control rivers immediately. Three badly polluted rivers in Yangpu district in Shanghai during the 13 th Five-years-plan were comprehensively analyzed from 2 aspects as integrated pollution index and the concentration of 5 pollution characteristics. The annual variation trends of integrated pollution indexes of 3 river sections and the monthly variation trends of the concentration of 5 pollution characteristics of A river were discussed. The result showed that the measures of river dredging, pumping station reconstruction and strengthening the supervision of river bank outlets were effective for the improvement of water quality, but the maintenance still needs to pay attention to. It is suggested to formulate targeted measures according to the regional characteristics and seasonal changes of the rivers.
