摘要
固废综合处理园区已经是各地固废设施规划建设的重要选择之一,在我国已经有着丰富的研究和实践。上海老港生态环保基地是我国规模最大的典型园区项目之一,自1989年10月投运以来,日均处置固体废物总量超过2.4万吨/日,有力地发挥了上海生活垃圾无害化处理处置的保障作用。针对上海老港生态环保基地未来的运行管理,提出了相应思考。
MSW comprehensive treatment parks were becoming one of the main choices of MSW treatment facilities’ plan and construction. It has been a long history for research and practice in China. Shanghai Laogang ecological park is one of the largest typical projects. Since its operation on Oct 1989, it played an important role in Shanghai MSW treatment. Over 24000 t/d MSW were treated. Related considerations were proposed for its operation management.
