糠醛装置运行时间较长,现有加热炉台数多、负荷小且效率不高;某石油化工厂区内有富余的蒸汽热源。本文介绍了一种中压蒸汽作为热源代替加热炉的技术方案,详细比选了各种技术路线,并论证了中压蒸汽作为热源代替加热炉技术方法的可行性。

The operation time of furfural plant is long, the number of existing heating furnaces is large, the load is small and the efficiency is not high;There is surplus steam heat source in a petrochemical plant. This paper introduces a technical scheme of using medium pressure steam as heat source instead of heating furnace, compares and selects various technical routes in detail, and demonstrates the feasibility of using medium pressure steam as heat source instead of heating furnace.
