摘要 本文介绍了RTO焚烧有机物过程中产物选择性和分解速率受影响因素和计算方法,通过计算焚烧条件如温度、停留时间、湍流度等对EDC分解产物选择性和分解速率影响,表明焚烧温度和残氧量对分解产物的选择性有影响,焚烧温度和停留时间对焚烧分解速率有主要影响。同时详细介绍的蓄热体的传热性能和阻力降的计算方法,并结合具体RTO设计验证了计算方法的可靠性。 In this paper, the factors and calculation methods of product selectivity and decomposition rate during incineration of organic matter are introduced.By calculating the influence of incineration conditions such as temperature, residence time, turbulence degree on the selection and decomposition rate of EDC decomposition products, it is shown that incineration temperature and residual oxygen have influence on the selectivity of decomposition products. incineration temperature and residence time have main influence on incineration decomposition rate. At the same time, the heat transfer performance of the regenerator and the calculation method of pressure drop are introduced in detail, and the reliability RTO the calculation method is verified by combining with the concrete design.
