基于重复性和再现性的铝土矿中二氧化硅含量测量不确定度评定

摘要 本文依据不同实验室协同试验获得的方法重复性和再现性的估计值,评定了X射线荧光光谱法测定铝土矿中二氧化硅含量的不确定度。使用基于GB/T6379.2-2004得到的协同实验数据,在偏倚和精密度均处于控制范围内,并且其他影响因素经论证可以忽略的前提下,将实验室重复性标准偏差(SR)作为不确定度的估计值,为化学计量领域依据相关标准通过合作试验进行不确定度评估提供了一种简易有效的方法。 Repeatability and reproducibility of standard analysis were used to evaluate the uncertainty of silica content in bauxite by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. Seven laboratories were invited to use the collaborative test data based on GB/T 6379.2-2004 to check and ensure that the bias of the measurement process and the precision of the method are under control, and under the premise that other influencing factors can be ignored after argumentation, then the laboratories can refer to the reproducibility standard deviation(SR) as an estimate of uncertainty. This method provides an effective way for the evaluation of uncertainty in the field of chemical measurement.
