摘要
建立顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)-气相色谱串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)测定涂料中多环芳烃的分析方法。采用顶空固相微萃取法萃取、富集涂料中的多环芳烃,用气相色谱-串联质谱进行定性定量分析。实验结果表明涂料中16种多环芳烃的检出限为0.01~0.08μg/L,定量限为0.03~0.25μg/L。16种多环芳烃在1~500μg/L浓度范围内的线性相关系数均大于0.999。加标浓度在10、50、100μg/L时,加标回收率在93.6%~103.5%之间,RSD在0.82%~4.52%之间。
A headspace solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry method for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in coatings was established. The polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) in coatings were extracted and enriched by headspace solid phase microextraction, and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry. The results showed that the limits of detection and limits of quantification were 0.01~0.08 μg/L and 0.03~0.25 μg/L respectively. The linear correlation coefficients of the 16 PAHs were greater than0.999 in the concentration range of 1~500 μg/L. The recoveries were in the range of 93.6 %~103.5 % and RSDs were in the range of 0.82 %~4.52 % at the standard concentrations of 10, 50 and 100 μg/L.
