摘要
十六烷值(CN)是衡量柴油燃烧性能的主要指标,准确、快速测定柴油十六烷值对保证油品质量,减少机动车尾气排放,降低臭氧、氮氧化物和颗粒物浓度,保护大气环境具有重要意义。本论文分别选取催化裂化柴油、催化加氢柴油、直馏柴油、焦化柴油、生物柴油不同基体组成以及生物柴油储存条件(温度、时间、光照)对衍生十六烷值的影响研究。经过试验发现,样品的芳烃含量、以及储存温度、时间和光照情况,均对样品的衍生十六烷值产生较大影响。衍生十六烷值(DCN)的测定快速、准确、需要样品量少,数据准确,是一种新型的柴油十六烷值测定方法。
The cetane number(CN) is the main index to measure the combustion performance of diesel fuel. Accurate and rapid determination of the cetane number(CN) can ensure the quality of diesel fuel, reduce the emission of motor vehicle exhaust, and reduce the concentration of ozone, nitrogen oxide and particulate matter, it is of great significance to protect the atmospheric environment.the effects of different matrix compositions of catalytic cracking diesel, catalytic hydrogenation diesel, straight-run diesel, coker diesel, biodiesel and storage conditions(temperature, time, illumination) on derivative cetane number(DCN) were studied. The results show that the content of aromatic hydrocarbon, storage temperature, time and light have great influence on the derivative cetane number(DCN)of the sample.Derivative cetane number(DCN) is a new method for the determination of diesel oil Cetane Number, which is fast, accurate and requires less samples.
