摘要
探讨进口葡萄酒中12种元素的浓度及其分布情况。采取去醇和微波消解技术,电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)检测葡萄酒中铝、铁、铜、锰、锌、钡、铅、矾、镍、铬、钴和锶等12种微量元素。在优化的实验条件下,以钪、锗、铑、铟和铋元素为内标校正基质效应和信号漂移。12种微量元素标准曲线在一定范围内线性良好,相关系数大于0.9993,加标回收率在91.5%~109%,相对标准偏差不大于4.93%。并用该方法对6个不同国家、17批次进口葡萄酒进行了多元素的分析,除1批次法国红酒铁含量超出国家标准外,其他批次葡萄酒中的12种元素均未超过国家标准。
The concentration and distribution of 12 elements in imported grape wine were studied. Twelve Trace elements, including aluminum, iron, copper,manganese, zinc, barium, lead, alum, nickel, chromium, cobalt and strontium, were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) with dealcoholization and microwave digestion. Under the optimized experimental conditions, scandium, germanium, rhodium, indium and bismuth are used as internal standards to correct the matrix effect and signal drift. The standard curves of 12 trace elements were linear in a certain range, the correlation coefficient was more than 0.9993, and the recovery was 91.5 %~109 %. The relative standard deviation is less than 4.9 %. The method was used to analyze 17 batches of imported wines from 6 different countries. Except one batch of French red wine whose Fe content exceeded the national standard, 12 elements in other batches of grape wine did not exceed the national food standard.
