College Students’ Innovation Consciousness Cultivation in Foundational Chemistry Experiment: Based on the Titration of EDTA with Aqueous Standard Solution of Ca^(2+) from CaCO_(3)

摘要 以CaCO_(3)标定EDTA是很多基础化学实验教材采用的方法,本文针对本科生在进行该实验时经常出现的问题,进行了分析探究。对实验"异常现象"进行了解释,对待测溶液调节p H所用碱性溶液的种类和用量进行了探究,并进行了水硬度检测的应用,在实践中让学生发现问题、解决问题,培养了学生的创新意识。 The titration of EDTA with aqueous standard solution of Ca^(2+) from CaCO_(3) is the conventional method in the experiment textbook on college chemistry. Some common problems during the experiment, such as abnormal phenomena and experimental error always occurred in the experimental teaching classroom. In this paper, some abnormal phenomena and experimental errors were discussed. Meanwhile, the effects of concentration, dosage and type of alkaline solution were investigated and the hardness of tap water was determined. Through this experiment, undergraduates can identify the problem, solve the problem,which promoted the student’s ability of innovate.
