摘要
药剂学实践教学是培养药学应用型人才实践创新能力的重要教学环节,在高校人才培养过程中发挥着重要的作用。CDIO理念和CIPP评价模式是应用型本科大学生学业评价系统的新探索,因此灵活运用CIPP-CDIO理念,发挥CDIO实践教学优势,利用CIPP评价体系推进实践教学改革显得尤为必要。故在药剂学实践课程中融入CDIO理念和CIPP评价模式,并进行改革和探索,对于培养创新型、复合型药学应用型人才有着非常深远的意义。本文浅谈了CIPP评价模式和CDIO理念和在药剂学实践教学中的改革与应用,以期为药剂学实践课程的教学改革提供参考。
Pharmacy practice teaching is an important teaching link to cultivate the practical innovation ability of pharmaceutical application-oriented talents,which plays an important role in the process of talent training in colleges and universities. CDIO concept and CIPP evaluation mode are new explorations of the academic evaluation system for application-oriented undergraduate students. Therefore, it is particularly necessary to flexibly apply CIPP-CDIO concept, give full play to the advantages of CDIO practical teaching, and promote the reform of practical teaching by using the CIPP evaluation system. Consequently, it is of profound significance to integrate CDIO concept and CIPP evaluation mode into pharmacy practice courses and carry out reform and exploration for cultivating innovative and compound pharmaceutical application-oriented talents. This paper briefly discusses the reform and application of CDIO concept and CIPP evaluation mode in the pharmacy practice teaching, in order to provide reference for the teaching reform of pharmacy practice course.
