摘要
表面活性剂科学是化学工程与工艺专业,尤其是化妆品工程与工艺专业的专业必修课。本论文分析了该课程教学过程中存在的问题,并从课程思政元素的引入、先修课程的确定、教学内容优化、教学方法改进和考核评价方式的改革等方面进行了探索,提出了提高学生学习兴趣、提升教学质量、并帮助学生树立正确价值观的具体的教学改革措施。
Surfactant science is a compulsory course for chemical engineering and technology, especially cosmetic engineering and technology. The problems existing in the teaching process of this course were analyzed in this study. In order to increase students’ interest in learning, improve teaching quality, and help students to establish correct values, specific teaching reforms have been carried out in terms of the introduction of ideological and political elements, the determination of prerequisite courses, the optimization of teaching content, the improvement of teaching methods and the reform of assessment methods.
