摘要
功能材料专业英语是功能材料专业的专业基础课程,主要侧重于功能材料专业英语知识、重点词汇、科技论文写作和专业阅读材料中英互译的教学。在工程教育专业认证的背景下,需要以学生为中心,以产出为导向,培养适应时代发展,具有国际视野和竞争力的工程技术型人才。为了满足工程教育专业认证的要求,本文对该课程的教学过程从教学内容、课堂角色和考核方式三个方面进行了优化调整,积极探索以学生为中心的新教学模式。
"Functional Materials Professional English" is a professional basic course for the major of functional materials. It mainly focuses on the teaching of functional materials professional English knowledge, key vocabulary, scientific paper writing and translating professional reading materials. In the context of engineering education accreditation, it is necessary to be student-centered and adapt-oriented to cultivate engineering and technical talents. The talents should adapt to the development of the times and have international perspective as well as competitiveness. In order to meet the requirements of engineering education accreditation, the teaching process of this course has been optimized and adjusted from the three aspects of teaching content, classroom roles and assessment methods,and actively explores a new student-centered teaching model.
