碳钢在膜法海淡产水中的缓蚀及工程应用

摘要 海水经膜法淡化处理后,离子含量很低,水质纯净,但腐蚀性较强,其对碳钢的腐蚀性超过了海水。本文介绍了碳钢在膜法海水淡化产水中的腐蚀行为,探讨了腐蚀机理,腐蚀机理主要是由于膜法海水淡化产水的富氧性和弱酸性加速了碳钢腐蚀;重点阐述了减缓碳钢腐蚀的缓蚀方法,包括投加缓蚀剂、矿化及调pH、除氧三种,并给出了不同工程中的实际应用情况。 The ion content in Sea Water Reverse Osmosis(SWRO)desalinated water is low,the water quality is pure,but the corrosion is strong,and the corrosion to carbon steel is higher than that of seawater.The corrosion behavior was introducedand the corrosion mechanism of carbon steel in seawater desalinated waterwas discussed,the oxygen enrichment and weak acidity in SWRO desalinated water accelerated the corrosion of carbon steel.The corrosion inhibition methods to slow down the corrosion of carbon steelwere focused on,which mainly included corrosion inhibitor dosing,mineralization and pH adjustment,oxygen removal,some practical application in different projectswere given.
