摘要
以Al 2(SO 4)3·18H 2O为铝源,以钠盐和钾盐的单盐或复合盐为熔盐,铝源与熔盐比例为1:4,采用熔盐法制备片状氧化铝粉体。主要探究熔融盐种类、煅烧温度和保温时间对产物氧化铝形貌和粒径尺寸的影响。通过研究得到最佳实验条件为:熔盐为Na 2SO 4+K 2SO 4复合盐,煅烧温度1200℃,保温6 h。利用熔盐法在此条件下可制备出粒径为5~20μm,厚度为100~500 nm,径厚比为30~50形貌规则、分散性良好的片状氧化铝粉体。
Flake alumina powder was prepared by molten salt method using Al 2(SO 4)3·18H 2O as aluminum source,single salt or compound salt of sodium salt and potassium salt as molten salt and the ratio of aluminum source to molten salt at 1:4.The effects of kinds of molten salts,calcination temperature and holding time on the morphology and particle size of alumina were studied.Through the study,the best experimental conditions were obtained as follows:the molten salt was Na 2SO 4+K 2SO 4 compound salt,the calcination temperature was 1200℃,and the heat preservation was 6 h.Under these conditions,flake alumina powders with particle size of 5~20μm,thickness of 100~500 nm and diameter-thickness ratio of 30~50 with regular morphology and good dispersion can be prepared by molten salt method.
