乙烯装置设备结冰、结露保冷失效原因浅析

摘要 在石油化工行业,低温保冷技术是节能增效的重要措施。乙烯裂解装置的深冷区,工艺设备多在低温下运行,为保证效益及设备的良好运行,低温保冷减少冷损失量则是必不可少。而在深冷装置内,设备多出现结冰、结露,甚至损坏的状况。针对这些状况,分析保冷失效的原因主要有:保冷设计问题、保冷老化破损、保冷施工问题、管理问题等。根据这些问题,公司也采取了一些相应的措施,比如更换保冷材料、采用新型材料等,取得了一定的效果。 In the petrochemical industry,low temperature cold insulation technology is an important measure of energy saving and efficiency.Especially in the cryogenic zone of ethylene cracking unit,the process equipment is mostly operated at low temperature.In order to ensure the benefit and good operation of the equipment,it is necessary to keep cold at low temperature and reduce the cold loss.However,in the cryogenic device,the equipment is often frozen,dewed or even damaged.In view of these situations,some reasons for the failure of cold insulation through investigation and analysiswere summarized:cold insulation design problems,cold insulation aging damage,cold insulation construction problems,management problems,etc.According to these problems,some corresponding measureswas taken,such as replacing cold insulation materials,using new materials and so on,and achieved certain results.
