摘要 为解决在炼焦过程中,湿法熄焦工艺对环境产生严重污染、无法得到高质量高效率焦炭的问题,提出了基于TRIZ理论创新设计出的一种新型熄焦装置。运用TRIZ理论的39个参数,将上述湿法熄焦装置的具体问题描述归纳到相应的技术矛盾中,并且利用矛盾矩阵表,比对40条发明原理找到这些参数相应的发明原理,进一步地对传统湿法熄焦装置工作原理和装置结构进行分析,推演到实际问题的解决方案,得到了更优的新型熄焦装置设计思路。 In order to solve the problem that the wet quenching process caused serious pollution to the environment and cannot obtain high quality and high efficiency coal in the coking process,a new type of coke quenching device based on TRIZ theory was proposed,which can obtain high quality coke.Using the 39 parameters of TRIZ theory,the specific problems of the above-mentioned wet quenching device were summarized into the corresponding technical contradictions,and the contradiction matrix table was used to compare 40 invention principles to find the corresponding invention principles of these parameters.Furthermore,the working principle and structure of the traditional wet coke quenching device were analyzed,and the solutions to the practical problems were deduced,and a better design idea of the new coke quenching device was obtained.
