中国共产党领导力研究的理论视角和分析框架

Theoretical Perspective and Analytical Framework of the Research on the Leadership of the Communist Party of China

中国共产党领导力研究应以组织视角为基础,综合运用领导者等多维视角进行研究。中国共产党主要有4类领导力行为主体,拥有一个覆盖党内所有主体、影响所有领域的领导力体系,在其领导的众多领域中展现出强大的领导力。从中国共产党的领导行为主体、领导力体系类型以及领导力作用领域3个不同维度进行区分,构建一个综合性的中国共产党领导力分析框架,有助于厘清中国共产党各领域、各类型领导力之间的复杂关系。中国共产党领导力研究有助于拓展中国共产党研究的理论视角、深化对中国共产党的认识,并打破西方固有的意识形态偏见。深入推进中国共产党领导力研究既要运用新视角打开新途径、构建新平台,也要注意避免影响研究成效的3种不良倾向。

The research on the leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC)should be based on the perspective of organization,with integrated perspective of the leader and other multi-dimensions.The CPC has mainly four types of leadership actors,a leadership system covering all the subjects within the Party and influencing all fields,and multiple fields that demonstrate strong leadership.Classifying the CPC leadership by actors,types of system and fields of impact,and building a comprehensive analytical framework,will help clarify the complex relationships among its different fields and types.The research on the CPC leadership helps expand the theoretical perspective of the CPC studies,deepen the understanding of the CPC and break down the inherent ideological prejudice of the West.To further develop the research on the CPC leadership,it is necessary to use new perspectives and pave new ways to build a new platform,and also to avoid three undesirable tendencies that affect the effectiveness of the research.
