Evolution,Driving Mechanism,and Pathway of China's Energy Transition

目前世界范围内正在经历面向可持续发展的能源转型变革。尽管各国由于转型核心动机和能源资源禀赋方面的差异而呈现出不同的转型路径,但其背后的驱动机制却是相似的。在分析各国能源转型规律和机制的基础上,本文就我国能源转型的现实挑战和驱动机制进行了深入的探究,分析了"碳中和"目标引导下的能源转型新趋势,剖析了转型所面临的体制机制障碍和外部性定价障碍,并从市场驱动、政策驱动、创新驱动、行为驱动等多个维度提出了我国持续推动能源转型的着力点和突破点,形成能源转型的中国路径。

The world is currently undergoing energy transition geared to sustainable development.Although countries have different transition pathways due to differences in the core transition motives and the energy endowment,the driving mechanisms behind them are similar.Based on the analysis of these rules and mechanisms,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the practical challenges and driving mechanisms of China’s energy transition,proposes the new trend guided by the"carbon neutral"target,and analyzes the institutional barriers and external pricing barriers faced by the transition.Further,this paper puts forward the focus and breakthrough points of the Chinese government in promoting the energy transition from dimensions of market-driven,policy-driven,innovation-driven,and behavior-driven,thereby forming a Chinese pathway for energy transition.
