包装饮用水生产许可现场核查微生物污染监控要点分析

摘要 对包装饮用水生产企业而言,企业现场核查是取得生产许可的重要环节。现场核查从不同环节对包装饮用水微生物监控要点进行分析,以期降低包装饮用水微生物污染安全风险,为今后包装饮用水生产许可的现场核查工作及企业人员规范生产管理提供有益参考。 For packaged drinking water production enterprises,enterprise on-site inspection is an important link to obtain production license.The on-site verification analyzes the key points of microbial monitoring of packaged drinking water from different links,in order to reduce the safety risk of microbial pollution of packaged drinking water,and provide a useful reference for the on-site verification of production license of packaged drinking water and the standardized production management of enterprise personnel in the future.
