功能性多孔材料在槲皮素提取中的应用研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 槲皮素是黄酮类化合物的一种,具有抗氧化、抗衰老、抗癌等功效,因此研究槲皮素的高效提取技术具有重要意义。槲皮素传统提取方法存在有机溶剂消耗量大、提取效率较低等问题,而采用功能性多孔材料作为固相萃取吸附剂可有效解决此类问题。分子印迹聚合物具有良好的提取效率,同时能特异性地提取槲皮素。本文对分子印迹聚合物作为固相萃取吸附剂在槲皮素提取中的应用进行了分类描述,并对今后槲皮素固相萃取提取技术的发展方向进行了展望。 Quercetin is a kind of flavonoid,which has the functions of anti-oxidation,anti-aging and anti-cancer.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the efficient extraction technology of quercetin.The traditional extraction method of quercetin has the problem of large consumption of organic solvent and low extraction efficiency,which can be effectively solved by using functional porous material as solid phase extraction adsorbent.Molecularly imprinted polymer has good extraction efficiency and can specifically extract quercetin.In this paper,the application of molecularly imprinted polymers as solid phase extraction adsorbents in quercetin extraction was classified and described,and the future development of quercetin extraction technology was prospected.
