摘要
乳制品安全问题一直都是国内消费者所着重关心的食品问题之一,但仅仅规范乳制品企业生产流程并不能完全保证乳制品质量,还需做好乳制品企业质量安全风险控制措施,并将安全风险控制覆盖到乳制品的所有生产加工环节。目前,国内乳制品企业质量安全风险控制依旧存在许多不足之处。本文主要对乳制品企业质量安全风险控制措施展开探讨,并提出相应建议。
The safety of dairy products has been a food issue that domestic consumers are focusing on.However,only regulating the production process of dairy enterprises cannot fully guarantee the quality of dairy products.It is also necessary to implement quality and safety risk control measures for dairy products enterprises,and the safety risk control covers all the production and processing links of dairy products.At present,there are still many shortcomings in the quality and safety risk control of domestic dairy products enterprises.This article mainly discusses the quality and safety risk control measures of dairy products enterprises,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
