摘要
随着商品经济的高速发展,部分商家为了牟取暴利,在食品生产中非法添加防腐剂、过量添加色素及有害物质,大大降低了人们对食品安全的信任度。食品抽样检验是确保食品安全的关键,因此做好抽样工作就显得尤为重要。基于此,本文探讨了抽样工作中存在的问题及设备的标准化,并提出相关的建议,为食品安全抽样标准化提供参考。
With the rapid development of the commodity economy,some businesses have illegally added preservatives,excessively added pigments and harmful substances in food production in order to make huge profits,greatly reducing people’s trust in food safety.Food sampling inspection is the key to ensuring food safety,so doing a good job of sampling is particularly important.Based on this,this article discusses the problems in sampling work and the standardization of equipment,and puts forward relevant suggestions to provide references for food safety sampling standardization.
