Study on the Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of Food Safety Problems under the New Situation

食品安全是民生问题,直接关系到千家万户的健康。本文分析了食品安全问题频出的主要原因,在此基础上,从做好重点检查工作、加强食品安全宣传工作、加强对餐饮单位的食品安全重点监管、畅通多元举报渠道和健全举报机制、建立健全信息化食品安全追溯机制5个方面提出了应对建议。

Food safety is a livelihood problem, directly related to the health of millions of people, is a livelihood issues. This paper analyzes the main reasons for frequent food safety problems, and on this basis, this paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions from five aspects: doing well the key inspection work, strengthening the propaganda work of food safety, strengthening the key supervision of food safety for the catering units, unblocking the multiple reporting channels and perfecting the reporting mechanism, and establishing and perfecting the information-based food safety tracing mechanism.
