摘要
建立静态顶空-气相色谱法测定酒中乙酸乙酯和己酸乙酯。精准移取均匀样品于顶空瓶,密封,在一定的顶空条件下,瓶内气液达到动态平衡,上层气态样品进入气相系统进行分离定量,从而测得样品中乙酸乙酯和己酸乙酯含量。乙酸乙酯和己酸乙酯在20~500 mg·L^(-1)的浓度范围线性良好,相关系数在0.999以上。平均回收率在93.9%~104.0%,精密度在4.0%以下(n=6),乙酸乙酯和己酸乙酯方法检出限分别为0.8 mg·L^(-1)和1.0 mg·L^(-1)。该方法准确、便捷、灵敏,适用于酒中乙酸乙酯和己酸乙酯的测定。
To establish a static headspace-gas chromatography method for the determination of ethyl acetate and ethyl caproate in Chinese baijiu.Precisely transfer the uniform sample into the headspace bottle and seal it,under certain headspace conditions,the gas-liquid in the headspace bottle reaches a dynamic balance,the upper gaseous sample enters the gas phase system for separation and quantification to get the content of ethyl acetate and ethyl caproate in the sample.Ethylacetate and ethyl caproate have good linearity in the concentration range of 20~500 mg·L^(-1),and the correlation coefficients are all above 0.999.The average recovery rate is between 93.9%~104.0%,and the precision is below 4.0%(n=6).The detection limits of the method are 0.8 mg·L^(-1) and 1.0 mg·L^(-1) respectively.This method is accurate,convenient and sensitive,and is suitable for the determination of ethyl acetate and ethyl caproate in Chinese baijiu.
