摘要
建立硅烷化试剂衍生-气相色谱法测定植物甾醇中β-谷甾醇、菜油甾醇、豆甾醇、菜籽甾醇含量的分析方法。样品经甲基叔丁基醚、正己烷溶解、硅烷化试剂衍生后,内标法定量。对衍生-气相色谱法的各个实验条件参数进行优化选择,其中反应时间和反应温度是关键因素。优化后的实验方法简便快速,精密度好,准确度高。
A method for the determination ofβ-sterols,vegetable oil sterols,soybean sterols and rapeseed sterols in phytosterols silane reagent-derived gas chromatography was established.The samples were quantified by internal standard method after methyl tert-butyl ether,n-hexane dissolution and silane reagent derivation.The parameters of each experimental condition of derivative-gas chromatography were optimized,in which reaction time and reaction temperature were the key factors.The optimized method is simple,fast,precise and accurate.
