摘要 目的:测定不同产地余甘子提取物的没食子酸含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对13批不同产地的余甘子提取物进行没食子酸含量测定。结果:余甘子提取物中没食子酸在0.0684~0.6843 mg·mL^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系,没食子酸平均回收率为98.85%,RSD值为1.63%。没食子酸含量在2.52%~8.96%。结论:不同产地余甘子提取物的没食子酸含量存在一定的差异,为评价余甘子提取物的质量提供参考。 Objective:To determine the content of gallic acid in Phyllanthus emblica extract from different areas.Methods:The content of gallic acid in 13 batches of Phyllanthus emblica extracts from different areas was determined by HPLC.Results:The gallic acid in the Phyllanthus emblica extract has a good linear relationship in the range of 0.0684~0.6843 mg·mL^(-1).The average recovery of gallic acid was 98.85%,and the RSD was 1.63%.The content of gallic acid ranged from 2.52%to 8.96%.Conclusion:There are some differences in gallic acid content of Phyllanthus emblica extract from different areas,which can provide reference for evaluating the quality of Phyllanthus emblica extract.
