巨鹿杏中β-胡萝卜素的HPLC分析及多地域杏果中含量比对

摘要 利用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对巨鹿杏及其他产地的同类产品中的β-胡萝卜素含量进行测定。在448 nm的检测波长下,以甲醇-乙酸乙酯(50∶50,V/V)为流动相,通过与标准曲线对比可快速准确检测出样品中β-胡萝卜素含量。此方法的平均回收率为99.22%,稳定性可达2.14%,精密度为3.20%。通过比对得出不同产地的杏中β-胡萝卜素含量的区别,从而确定β-胡萝卜素是否可以作为巨鹿杏的特征元素,为巨鹿杏中β-胡萝卜素特征性研究提供理论基础。 The purpose of this study is to determine the content of β-carotene from Julu apricot and other similar products in Hebei Province by HPLC.With the detection wavelength of 448 nm and the mobile phase of methanol-ethyl acetate(50∶50,V/V),the content of β-carotene could be quickly and accurately detected in the samples.The average recovery of this method was 99.22%.The stability could be up to 2.14%and the precision was 3.20%.By comparing the β-carotene content in apricots from different regions,it could be concluded that β-carotene could be served as characteristic elements in Julu apricots.This method provided the theoretical basis for the characteristic research of the β-carotene in Julu apricots.
