中药材种子贮藏技术研究进展及其对仓储中心建设的启示 被引量:2

摘要 中药材种子的贮藏技术对于延长种子寿命、提高种子品质、增加药农收入至关重要。从种子在储藏过程中的生理生化变化、影响因子、贮藏方法等方面综述了中药材种子贮藏的研究进展,旨在为中药材种子的安全贮藏方法提供技术支撑,为建设现代化、自动化、智能化的仓储中心提供参考。众多研究结果显示,种子在贮藏过程中,其内部的蛋白质、可溶性糖、脂肪等代谢产物及过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)等会发生复杂的生理生化变化。种子的种类和含水量等生理因素及贮藏温度、湿度、时间、通气情况等外界因素均会对种子的寿命及活力产生影响。选择良种、改善贮藏环境可以延长种子寿命,也是中药材种子仓储中心建设的重心。 The storage technology of Chinese medicinal plant seeds is very crucial for prolonging the seed life,improving the seed quality,and boosting the economic benefits of medicinal herb growers.This paper reviewed the storage methods for Chinese medicinal plant seeds as well as the physiological and biochemical changes and influencing factors during storage,aiming to provide a technical support for the safe storage of Chinese medicinal plant seeds and also theoretical reference for the construction of a modernized,automated,and intelligent storage center.Numerous research results showed that during the storage,metabolites such as internal proteins,soluble sugar,and fat as well as enzymes like peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD),and malondialdehyde(MDA)in seeds would undergo complex physiological and biochemical changes.Such physiological factors as seed species and water content and external factors including storage temperature,humidity,time,and ventilation all affected seed life and vitality.The selection of fine seeds and the improvement of seed storage environment are of great significant for prolonging seed life,which should be emphasized in the construction of the storage center.
