摘要
目的:探索2000-2019年国内外绿茶的研究现状及发展趋势。方法:数据来自Web of Science核心合集数据库,利用HistCite及CiteSpace软件统计文献的作者、国家/地区、机构、来源期刊、学科、关键词等信息并对关键词进行突现分析。结果:共获得文献15171篇,2000-2019年文献发表量总体稳定增长,美国对绿茶的研究最多,其次是中国、日本;发文量最多的机构是中国的浙江大学,全球总引用分数(TGCS)最高的是美国的罗格斯大学;Yang CS是发文量和TGCS最高的作者;期刊《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》收录文献最多。绿茶的研究学科主要涉及食品、化学、分子生物、药理、营养等。关键词分析显示,绿茶的研究热点主要集中在有效成分及药理活性,茶多酚和代谢综合征、炎症、胰岛素抵抗等活性是当前热点。结论:绿茶的文献计量学结果表明,绿茶的主要化学成分茶多酚及其药理活性一直是研究热点,近年来慢病防治成为热点,绿茶对亚健康状态的改善作用和相关机制的研究也将成未来持续关注的热点。
Objective:Toexplore the research status and development trend of green teain2000-2019.Methods:Following data collection from the Web of Science(WoS)Core Collection database,HistCite and CiteSpace were utilized for statistical analysis of such information as the paper authors,countries/regions,institutions,journals,disciplines and keywords.Results:A total of 15171 papers were obtained and the amount of published literature during such period increased steadily.The US produced the largest amount of literature related to green tea,followed by China and Japan.Zhejiang University in China had the most publications and Rutgers University in the US earned the highest total global citation score(TGCS).Yang C S had the most published articles and the highest TGCS.Most of the articles were published in Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry.The green tea has been studied from the perspectives of food,chemistry,molecular biology,pharmacology,and nutrition.As demonstrated by the keyword analysis,the hotspots of green tea research were mainly concentrated in the active ingredients,pharmacological activities,and the effects of tea polyphenols on metabolic syndrome,inflammation,and insulin resistance.Conclusion:The findings in bibliometrics-based analysis of green tea have shown that tea polyphenols and their pharmacological activities have always been the research hotspots,and its prevention and treatment of chronic diseases have attracted increasing attention in recent years.In the future,researchers may continuously focus on the improving effects of green tea on sub-health and its corresponding mechanism.
