现阶段养殖肥牛是宁夏养殖业的一大热点,但仍旧有许多问题出现于肥牛育养中,对肥牛养殖产生有较大影响,特别是技术层面的问题,必须高度重视。在养殖肥牛过程中,技术上的重点包括品种选择、配料等。该文分析育肥牛养殖技术,主要有种类选择、牛舍建设、牧草饲喂、育肥方式选择,提出相关注意事项,如加强疾病预防、肥牛喂养、合理放牧、分群养殖。

At present,the breeding of fat cattle is a hot spot in Ningxia's breeding industry,but there are still many problems in the breeding of fat cattle,which have a great impact on the breeding of fat cattle,especially on the technical level,which must be attached great importance to.In the process of raising fatted cattle,the key points of technology include breed selection,ingredients and so on.In this paper,the breeding technology of fattening cattle was analyzed,including the selection of breed,the construction of cowshed,the feeding of herbage and the selection of fattening way,and some matters needing attention were put forward,such as disease prevention,feeding of fattening cattle,rational grazing and group breeding.
