副猪嗜血杆菌病与圆环病毒病混合感染诊治

副猪嗜血杆菌病是由副嗜血杆菌感染引发的一种细菌性传染性疾病,病原主要经消化道和呼吸道传播,患病动物主要表现为多发性浆膜炎、关节炎、纤维素性胸膜肺炎、脑部发炎等症状,主要危害5~8周龄仔猪,造成的发病率和死亡率较高。病毒侵染后主要表现为免疫能力显著下降,多种疫苗免疫失败,进而给多种病原侵染提供条件。近年,由于受到圆环病毒病的影响,猪群免疫功能普遍下降,造成副猪嗜血杆菌病经常混合感染、并发感染,给养殖场带来严重经济损失。该文探讨副猪嗜血杆菌病与圆环病毒病混合感染的诊断与防治过程。

Haemophilus parasuis is a bacterial infectious disease caused by infection with Haemophilus parasuis and transmitted mainly through the digestive tract and the respiratory tract,the main symptoms of the infected animals were polyserositis,arthritis,fibrinous pleuropneumonia and brain inflammation,which mainly affected the piglets of 5~8 weeks old and caused high morbidity and mortality.After the virus infection,the main performance is the immunity ability drops obviously,many kinds of vaccine immunity failure,and then provides the condition for many kinds of pathogen infection.In recent years,due to the influence of the circovirus disease,the immune function of pigs generally declined,resulting in frequent co-infection and concurrent infection of Haemophilus parasuis,which brought serious economic losses to the farm.The process of diagnosis and control of mixed infection of haemophilus parasuis and circovirus was discussed in this paper.
