县级畜牧兽医管理体制困境与创新对策

The Predicament and Innovative Countermeasures of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Management System at County Level

畜牧业是国民经济的重要组成部分,尽管畜牧业发展前景广阔,但县级畜牧兽医管理体制问题仍然突出,对畜牧业发展造成严重制约。为促进畜牧业发展,该文分析县级畜牧兽医管理体制存在的不足,并提出了管理创新对策。

Animal husbandry is an important part of national economy.Although the prospect of animal husbandry is broad,the problems of animal husbandry and veterinary management system at county level are still serious,which restrict the development of animal husbandry.In order to promote the development of animal husbandry,this paper analyzes the deficiency of county-level animal husbandry and veterinary management system,and puts forward management innovation countermeasures.
