以往对于鸡大肠杆菌疾病的防治措施主要是通过抗生素类药物治疗,长时间和大剂量的抗生素使用导致大肠杆菌出现强烈的耐药性,使抗生素类药物的防治效果显著下降,同时在鸡肉和鸡蛋产品中出现药物残留情况,最终影响消费者健康。中草药在大肠杆菌疾病上的应用有效避免了细菌耐药性的出现,不会在畜牧产品中出现药物残留的情况。该文将对中草药在鸡大肠杆菌疾病上的防治机理及应用的研究进展进行介绍。
