摘要
教师群体凝聚力是学校整体凝聚力的重要组成部分,以人际关系视角探讨教师群体的凝聚力形成对于增强教师队伍的工作效率,提高学校工作效能具有重要意义。论文阐述了人际关系与教师群体凝聚力之间的内在契合性,并以人际关系与凝聚力类型为参照,从理论上推导出人际关系作用于教师群体凝聚力的三种形态。其次,通过分析人际关系在促进教师凝聚力形成中存在的友爱情感弱化、角色分工不清、文化培育不足等难点,针对性地提出了几条改革思路与建议。
Teachers'group cohesion is an important part of the school’s overall cohesion.This paper,from the perspective of interpersonal relationship,exploresthe great significance of the formation of teachers'group cohesion in enhancing the work efficiency of teachers and improving the school's work efficiency.It expounds the internal fit between interpersonal relationship and teachers'group cohesion,and theoretically deduces three forms of interpersonal relationship acting on Teachers'group cohesion with reference to the types of interpersonal relationship and cohesion.It also puts forward some reform ideas and suggestions after analyzing some difficultiesduring the formation of teachers’cohesion,such as the weakening of friendship,unclear division of roles,lack of cultural cultivation and so on.
