新高考背景下高中生涯规划的理论探析

A Theoretical Analysis of Student Career Planning Under the Background of New College Entrance Examination

随着新高考改革的深化,高中生涯规划教育引起社会各界的广泛关注,通过梳理国内外关于生涯规划的主要理论和研究成果,综合国内外学者的相关研究,概括和总结了新高考背景下学生生涯规划的影响因素,主要包括个体的生涯认知、学校的生涯规划教育、家庭资源以及职业地位与发展前景四个层面,并指出现有研究存在的不足,并在此基础上对未来学生生涯规划的理论研究和实践探索提出若干的思考和展望。

With the deepening of the new college entrance examination reform,the education of students’career planning has attracted great attention from all sectors of community.This paper combs the main theories about career planning and research results at home and abroad and summarizes the influencing factors of students’career planning under the background of the new college entrance examination,including individual career cognition,school career planning education,family resources and career status and development prospect,based on the relevant research of scholars at home and abroad.It points out the shortcomings of the existing researchand puts forward some thoughts and prospects for the theoretical research and practical exploration of future student career planning.
