摘要
列宁在《怎么办?》中系统阐明了"灌输论"的逻辑体系与科学内涵,为思想政治教育发展奠定了重要理论基础。但随着时代的发展变化,"灌输论"在高校思想政治教育中的应用暴露出了主体能力不足、灌输内容片面、灌输方式单一等具体问题。依据习近平提倡的"因事而化,因时而进,因势而新"理论遵循,结合因材施教的教育理念,深化对灌输核心问题的认识,优化灌输内容,创新灌输方法,合理把握灌输之"度",是在新时代高校思想政治教育中创新应用列宁"灌输论"的有效路径。
In What Is to Be Done?Lenin systematically expounded the logical system and scientific connotation of“Indoctrination Theory”,which has laid an important theoretical foundation for the development of ideological and political education.However,with the development and change of the times,the application of thetheory in the ideological and political education in universities has exposed some specific problems,such as the lack of subject ability,one-sided indoctrination content,single indoctrination method and so on.According to Xi Jinping’s theory of“changing from time to time,advancing from time to time,and adapting to new situations”,the effective ways to innovate and apply Lenin’s“Indoctrination Theory”in the ideological and political education of high schools in the new era are as follows:to combine the educational concept of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,to deepen the understanding of inculcating core problems,to optimizeinculcation contents,to innovate instilling methods and to reasonably grasp the“degree”of inculcation.
