皮肤基底细胞癌的超声征象与ki67表达相关性分析

Correlation between ultrasonographic features and ki67 expression in basal cell carcinomas

目的:分析皮肤基底细胞癌的超声征象与癌组织ki67表达的相关性。方法:回顾性分析经病理确诊的83例皮肤基底细胞癌患者的超声征象与ki67的免疫组化染色结果。结果:基底细胞癌的超声征象中,病灶浸润至皮下组织者,ki67表达高于病灶局限于真皮层者;病灶内部出现液性暗区者,ki67表达高于病灶内部没有液性暗区者;Alder血流分级为Ⅱ~Ⅲ级者,ki67高表达的比例高于0~Ⅰ级者。结论:基底细胞癌超声征象中病灶浸润深度、病灶内部出现液化以及Alder血流分级与ki67表达显著正相关。

Objective:To analyze the correlations between the ultrasonographic features and ki67 expression in basal cell carcinomas.Methods:The relation between ultrasonographic features and ki67 immunohistochemical staining in 83 patients with basal cell carcinomas was retrospectively analyzed.Results:The expression level of ki67 in the lesions which infiltrated into the subcutaneous through ultrasonography was higher than the lesions confined to the dermis.The expression of ki67 in the lesions with cystic regions was higher than that without cystic regions.The expression of ki67 in the lesions with blood flow of grade Ⅱ-Ⅲ was higher than that of grade 0-Ⅰ.Conclusion:Of all the ultrasonographic features,infiltrated depth of the lesions,cystic regions in the lesions and the blood flow grading are associated with ki67 expression.
