This paper takes the water intake fault of wiring harness plug-in of an automobile model as an example,this paper analyzes and improves the water inlet fault of automobile wiring harness connector with the method of Datsan,the aim is to eliminate the water inlet fault of automobile wiring harness connector,to improve the safety of automobile,and to meet the needs of users for a better life of safe driving,at the same time,it provides a reference for the later development of the vehicle,and provides a reference for the analysis and improvement of similar failures.
