基于有限元技术的某车用发电机分析

摘要 文章利用有限元分析法分析具有永磁体的交流发电机,通过仿真软件中的静态结构分析,旋转机械,磁接口模拟电动机和发电机这样的旋转机械。以车用三维发电机模型为例,当转子的转速达到1000转时,得到该安全系数在需用安全系数内,之后通过模拟材料参数,旋转速度和绕组的匝数对发电机产生感应电压的影响,发现线圈长度倍增因子与定子线圈总感应电压呈一定关系。 This paper uses the finite element analysis method to analyze the alternator with permanent magnets,and simulates rotating machinery such as motors and generators through static structure analysis in simulation software,rotating machinery,and magnetic interfaces.Take the vehicle-use three-dimensional generator model as an example.When the rotor speed reaches 1000 rpm,the safety factor is obtained within the required safety factor.After that,the material parameters,the rotation speed and the number of turns of the winding are used to generate the induced voltage on the generator.It is found that the coil length multiplication factor has a certain relationship with the total induced voltage of the stator coil.
