基于薄壁梁力学分析的车身吸能结构快速预测模型

摘要 文章基于薄壁梁的力学理论并结合薄壁梁的轴向压溃力计算分析公式,碰撞分析的物理和数学逻辑,通过梳理归纳,提炼出车身吸能结构参数预测模型的输入和输出变量及其计算逻辑,并搭载Access数据库工具构建出快速自动优化参数的预测模型,实现在车身前期概念设计阶段快速响应布置和造型需求。进行碰撞吸能空间可行性校核和车身前端吸能结构参数的优化设计,大大提升设计效率并避免后期因发生碰撞安全风险而付出巨大的代价。 Based on the mechanics theory of thin-walled beam,combined with the calculation and analysis formula of axial crushing force of thin-walled beam,combined with the physical and mathematical logic of collision analysis,this paper summarizes the input and output variables and calculation logic of the parameter prediction model of energy absorbing structure of car body,and constructs a fast and automatic optimization parameter prediction model with access database tool,which can be realized in the future In the early conceptual design stage,the car body quickly responds to the layout and modeling requirements,and carries out the feasibility check of the collision energy absorption space and the optimization design of the energy absorption structure parameters of the front end of the car body,which greatly improves the design efficiency and avoids the huge cost due to the collision safety risk in the later stage.
