玻纤增强聚丙烯软触感材料的制备及性能 被引量:2

摘要 采用聚丙烯(PP)、玻璃纤维(GF)和弹性体(POE)作为原料,利用熔融共混方法制备了玻纤增强聚丙烯软触感材料。分别研究了GF含量及POE/PP比例对复合材料力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,玻纤能够显著提高复合材料的力学性能和硬度,随着GF含量的增加,复合材料的拉伸性能呈先增加后减弱的趋势,而其弯曲性能、冲击性能及硬度逐渐提高。POE能够有效提升材料的柔韧性能,随着POE含量的增加,复合材料的拉伸性能、弯曲性能和硬度逐渐降低,冲击强度呈先增加后减小的趋势。根据车用内饰件的材料要求,当玻纤含量约为20%,POE/PP比例为1∶1时,材料的邵氏硬度可达到55 A,呈现出一定的软触感,拉伸强度为25.1 MPa、弯曲强度为30.1MPa、弯曲模量为1 850 MPa、缺口冲击强度为36.6 k J/m^(2),复合材料具有良好的力学性能和表面触感。 Glass fiber(GF)reinforced soft touch polypropylene(PP)composite was prepared by melt blending with PP,GF and elastomer(POE).The effects of GF content and POE/PP ratio on the mechanical properties of the composite were investigated.The results showed that the GF could significantly improve the mechanical properties and hardness of the composite.With the increase of GF content,the tensile properties of the composite increased first and then decreased,while the bending properties,impact properties and hardness of the composite increased gradually.While POE could effectively increase the flexibility of the composite,with the increase of POE content,the tensile properties,bending properties and hardness of the composite decreased gradually,while the impact properties increased first and then decreased.According to the material requirements of automotive interior fittings,when the GF content was about 20%,POE/PP ratio was 1∶1,the properties could reach Shore hardness of 55 A,showing a certain soft touch.tensile strength of 25.1 MPa,bending strength of 30.1 MPa,bending modulus of 1850 MPa,and impact strength of 36.6 k J/m^(2).The composite material had good mechanical properties and surface touch.
