国际视角下的“海洋水产饲料”领域科研竞争力分析与启示

Analysis and Enlightenment of Scientific Research Competitiveness in the Field of“Marine Aquatic Feed”from the International Perspective

[目的/意义]旨在为提升中国在“海洋水产饲料”领域的科研竞争力提供参考。[方法/过程]基于WOS论文及专利数据,利用科学计量的方法对中国、美国等12个国家在“海洋水产饲料”领域的科研竞争力进行评价研究,通过基础研究力和应用研究双重角度构建了多层次的科研竞争力综合评价体系,并采用改进的熵权法与AHP层次分析法耦合赋权的方法测算各国在“海洋水产饲料”领域的科研竞争力指数,对各国的科研竞争力进行多维度的分析。[结果/结论]中国、美国、挪威的综合竞争力最强,英国、西班牙的基础研究力显著强于应用研究力,而日本、德国及韩国则反之。近几年中国、日本、韩国、澳大利亚等国的竞争力指数不断上升,具有较强的发展潜力。中国在该领域的科研生产力具有显著优势,但存在规模与质量尚不协调的问题,科研合作力有待提高。未来应重视基础研究与应用研究的协同发展,关注突破性、实用性的研究,通过提升科研质量、加强国际合作与布局等提升中国在该领域的科研竞争力水平。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide references for improving China’s scientific research competitiveness in the field of“marine aquatic feed”.[Method/process]Based on WOS papers and patent data the paper uses scientific measurement method to evaluate the scientific research competitiveness of 12 countries such as China and the United States in the field of“marine aquatic feed”constructs a multi-level comprehensive evaluation system of scientific research competitiveness from the perspective of basic research and applied research uses improved entropy weight method and AHP analytic hierarchy process to calculate the scientific research competitiveness index of various countries in the field of“marine aquatic feed”and analyzes the scientific research competitiveness of various countries in multiple dimensions.[Result/conclusion]The comprehensive competitiveness of China the United States and Norway are the strongest.The basic research power of Britain and Spain is significantly stronger than that of applied research while Japan Germany and South Korea are on the contrary.In recent years the competitiveness index of China Japan South Korea Australia and other countries has been rising which has strong development potential.China’s scientific research productivity in this field has significant advantages but there is a problem that the scale and quality are not coordinated and the scientific research cooperation ability needs to be improved.In the future we should pay attention to the coordinated development of basic research and applied research pay attention to breakthrough and practical research and improve China’s scientific research competitiveness in this field by improving scientific research quality and strengthening international cooperation and layout.
