[目的/意义]旨在为保密学位论文的管理与利用提供参考。[方法/过程]通过对现有保密学位论文整体收藏情况的统计和分析,指出现有保密学位论文的管理,由于没有标准的审核制度和系统的管理细则,使得这些文献保存和利用陷入困境。[结果/结论]建议科学统一界定保密学位论文的范围,完善保密学位论文的审定流程,加强对保密学位论文保存的管理和规范,推进学位论文的资源建设与利用。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide a reference for the management and utilization of confidential dissertations.[Method/process]Through the statistics and analysis of the overall collection of existing confidential dissertations the paper points out that the management of confidential dissertations which has fallen into difficulties in the preservation and utilization of these documents because there is no standard audit system and systematic management rules.[Result/conclusion]It is suggested that the scope of confidential dissertations should be defined scientifically and uniformly the approval process of confidential dissertations should be improved the management and effective utilization of confidential dissertations should be strengthened and the resource construction and utilization of dissertations should be promoted.
