摘要
火龙果为我国南方农业经济发展的重要特色水果之一,是乡村振兴休闲农业旅游的特色产业。为实现火龙果优良品种大量繁殖和推广,以火龙果无菌嫩芽为研究对象,开展外植体分化诱导、增殖培养、生根培养等试验研究,筛选获得最佳外植体培养基MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L,增殖培养基MS+6-BA1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.6 mg/L,生根培养基配方1/2 MS+IBA 1.0 mg/L+ABT 0.8 mg/L,初步建立火龙果嫩芽组培快繁技术体系。试验结果显示,采用此快繁技术体系培养的无菌嫩芽不定芽萌发率为96%,增殖系数达5.1,生根率达100%,表明此体系可为优质火龙果材料组培苗的大量繁育提供支撑。
Pitaya(Hylocereus undatus)is a specialty fruit in southern China and also a specialty industry in development of leisure agriculture for rural revitalization.In order to realize the promotion and propagation of pitaya an attempt was made to select optimal conditions for explant induction and differentiation,proliferation and rooting.The best medium for explant differentiation was MS+6-BA1.5 mg·L^(-1)+NAA 1.0 mg·L^(-1),and the best mediums for proliferation and rooting were MS+6-BA1.5 mg·L^(-1)+NAA 0.6 mg·L^(-1) and 1/2 MS+IBA 1.0 mg·L^(-1)+ABT 0.8 mg·L^(-1),respectively.A rapid propagation of pitaya was then established.Under this propagation method pitaya buds germinated were induced to produce tender adventitious buds at a rate of above 96%,with a proliferation coefficient of5.1 and a rooting rate of 100%.This indicates that this propagation method can be used to mass produce high quality planting materials of pitaya via tissue culture.
